Classic example of Dutae's trolling strategy. At the height of the COVID-19 pandemic exacerbated by Dutae's ineptitude one cluster-fuck after another, Dutae's army of trolls attempts to shift the national conversation to the ongoing sarswela of ABS-CBN.

The Philippine government claims it is aiming for 8,000 tests daily in hotspots throughout the country but is way behind this target and is excruciatingly opaque in disclosing its progress (more like, lack of progress) on this front. In fact, even the Philippine government target of 8,000 tests daily is itself woefully inadequate.

No wonder Dutae trolls are trying to distract the public consciousness by constantly plugging the ABS-CBN shutdown in social media. That's because Dutae has screwed-up on the COVID-19 pandemic from the outset and is unable to extricate the country from this awful situation.
