― H.L. Mencken, On Politics: A Carnival of Buncombe
So it
was written (nearly 100 years ago), and so it has come to pass. We’re not just
talking about Trump. As if the cosmos is having a severe bout of perversity, the little brown brothers across the Pacific Ocean just had to outdo the USA. We
have an even worse moron, the mass murdering kind, in Malacañang.
Just Google Images of "mass murderer philippines" and guess who shows-up? In essence, the only difference between Digong and Kim Jong-un of North Korea (a.k.a., the Rocket Man) is that the latter has detonated a nuclear bomb. Ok, to be fair to Kim Jong-un, he is only an aspiring mass murderer at this point; whereas, Digong is a seasoned mass murderer through and through.
Great propaganda! It will most assuredly go down in history as one of the most successful acts of political treachery, right alongside:
- the "Kilusang Bagong Lipunan or KBL" that indeed created a "New Society" so utterly oppressed by the Marcos family and their clique of uber klepto cronies
- "Erap para sa mahirap" so aptly described as "arguably one of the most successful and deceitful political slogans in Philippine political history . . . as his plunder behind closed doors belies his chummy "camera friendly" interaction with the poor"
- Hitler's "Big Lie" which resulted in The Holocaust (genocide of some six million European Jews) and lingers as the "German collective guilt" to this day

On top of the list of Digong's "anti-corruption" campaign include:
- Senator Leila de Lima, one of Digong's fiercest critics, has been detained indefinitely based on the testimony of jailed drug lords, who are of course under the stranglehold of the current Department of Justice Secretary and Presidential Lapdog Vitaliano Aguirre. A classic case of political persecution.

If the above picture of Senator De Lima was considered damning evidence, then the following, which are far more compelling than the "evidence" against De Lima, should likewise implicate Paolo "Pulong" Duterte's intimate and inextricable involvement with the Davao Group and its drug smuggling activities.
As early as December 2007, Pulong had already been implicated by authorities in smuggling operations in Davao, when Digong was the mayor of the city. The recent exposé on Pulong and the Davao Group merely confirms the presidential son's evolution from a small-time smuggling operator in 2007 into a major drug-smuggling enterprise today.
"This ain't his first rodeo" and yet Pulong has not been jailed and Digong, in spite of his promise to resign if the allegations against his son are proven, continues to hold on to the Presidency. Why is the standard of proof for the son of the President more stringent than the standard of proof for De Lima?
Let's face it. The only reason that De Lima is in jail and Pulong is free is because Digong is the incumbent president. He has pit bulls like Rey Umali in the Lower House and pricks like Dick Gordon in the Senate to railroad critics like De Lima (in the case of Umali) and to gloss over compelling leads that pin down Pulong in the most explosive drug smuggling case in the Philippines today (in the case of Gordon).
Where pray tell are Jack and Tita Nanie? Isn't it incongruous that the Philippine Senate with all of its power and resources can't produce these individuals to shed light on the Davao Group? Instead, Dick hastily concludes the Senate hearings on the drug smuggling case, completely deflecting any focus on the Davao Group, Jack, Tita Nanie, Mans Carpio and Pulong. This is consistent with Dick's apparent fetish for licking Digong's ass by absolving him of state-sponsored extra-judicial killings, which was unequivocally established shortly thereafter with the assassination of Rolando Espinosa by Philippine National Police officers under orders from Digong. The Department of Justice initially charged the cops with murder but later downgraded the charge to homicide. All 19 cops involved in the Espinosa slay have been fully reinstated to full duty at the wishes of Digong.
Question to Dick. Are you still standing by your conclusion that these extra-judicial killings are not sanctioned by Digong? You were such an inspiration at SBMA, particularly after the eruption of Pinatubo. How have you been reduced to this ass-licking, shit-eating oaf of Digong?
Pulong's involvement in the P6.4 billion shabu shipment of May 2017 is undeniable (see this video, courtesy of Richard Alcantara) and we can expect Digong's lackeys in the Senate to continue to badger the likes of Mark Taguba (in contrast to the kid gloves treatment of Maronilla, Abellera, Pulong and Mans Carpio), "dribble the ball", mislead the public, pin the blame (at least temporarily) on small fries like Faeldon (who refuses to sing due to some convoluted and misplaced loyalty to Digong) and, when the issue has passed its prime, quietly allow the "Big Fish" to sail away into the sunset scot-free!
[Now with Digong, even small fries like Faeldon, Maronilla, et al are discreetly cleared of charges and disappear from public view for keeping their mouth shut. This is for protecting Pulong, the lynchpin of the Davao Group, and Digong himself--who turns out to be the Numero Uno coddler of the Numero Uno drug smuggler in the country. I never thought I would agree with any statement of Joma Sison (commie-anarchist) except when he recently said that Duterte is a "liar and political swindler." It takes one to know one.]
On the flipside, Digong refuses to sign a waiver on his bank accounts, particularly now that he is the incumbent president with even more friends in even higher places, who are no doubt showering him with evermore generous "birthday gifts" today. Recall that when Digong was a mere mayor and still campaigning for the presidency, he admitted to receiving millions in cash as birthday gifts from his wealthy friends--a flagrant violation of the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees and the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act.
While it is incumbent upon the Ombudsman to investigate the Duterte family wealth, Digong predictably unleashes his pit bulls to attack the Ombudsman, decides to create a commission to investigate the Ombudsman and declares defiantly that he won't cooperate with the anti-graft body's probe.
This animal (and I apologize to all animals for this allusion) has no place in a civilized body politic, yet he is getting away with murder (quite literally among other things), solely because he is (a) the incumbent president, (b) inherently very powerful as the incumbent president and (c) wasting no time to consolidate his power (by quashing all opposition and ingratiating himself with the most corrupt and powerful political families in the country) . . . and there is not enough of us to tell him off, bring him down and kick him out.

- Senator Antonio Trillanes, relentless critic of Digong and rightfully so . . .

- Vice President Leni Robredo, also from the opposition, has been intimidated and harassed by Digong and his minions from the outset of her incumbency as the Vice President. This is all at the bidding of Bong Bong, who also has a bogus electoral protest that is prospering at the hands of certain whores at the Supreme Court.
Excerpt from my open letter to Vice President Leni Robredo on November 23, 2016:
Mahal naming Bise Presidente Leni,

You are one shameless ass-licking lapdog, pouncing on a baseless opportunity to pave the way for Bong Bong Marcos to usurp the Vice Presidency. The real agenda is to return to power that despicable, uber-entitled, criminal, human-rights abusing, rapacious, plundering political family--the Marcoses. The same way GMA and the former First Gentleman were responsible for "rehabilitating" the Marcoses during the Macapagal-Arroyo Administration (I'm sure President Diosdado Macapagal is turning in his grave for this), you--the lapdog of the lackey (GMA) of the lackey (Duterte)--are doing your utmost in the most diabolical political comeback in the history of the Philippines.
On the basis of a video of Vice President Leni Robredo, which articulates common knowledge of the Philippine situation today under Digong, you are orchestrating a sham to dupe and choke the Filipinos with BBM as the Vice President, in preparation for his bid for the presidency in 2022 (perhaps sooner if Digong does not complete his term). Of course, this is very typical of the machinations of the Marcoses.
Excerpt from my blog "The best defense is a good offense . . . " on August 11, 2017:
At the bidding of Bong Bong (who would not have any career, political or otherwise, to speak of save for the inexhaustible war chest of the Marcos plunder), Digong and his cronies are surreptitiously aligning all their ducks in a neat row (including the impeachment of Chief Justice Sereno) before mobilizing the paid hacks at the Supreme Court to unseat VP Robredo.
- COMELEC Chairman Andres Bautista. Under the helm of Chairman Bautista, the COMELEC garnered top international awards for the handling of the May 2016 elections. He did not lift a finger to help Bong Bong cheat in the Vice Presidential elections, which pisses-off the Marcos family to no end. Before he assumed his post at the COMELEC, Chairman Bautista headed the PCGG. Like Haydee Yorac, PCGG Chairman Bautista went after the ill-gotten wealth of the Marcos family with great resolve and actually got some incremental results even at this late stage of the pursuit. This also pissed-off the Marcos family to no end.

- Chief Justice Lourdes Sereno and Ombudsman Conchita Morales.
Early on, Digong is already hedging his bets on the impeachment of CJ Sereno. The errand boy (Gadon) of his errand boy (Alvarez) doesn't seem to know the difference between his ass and a hole in the ground. And the Stooge (Alvarez, who will most assuredly be reviled in the annals of Philippine history as the most shameless sap among the Speakers of the House of Representatives) derives orgasmic pleasure in following his marching orders to persecute CJ Sereno as his mouth nearly froths like a rabid dog at the mere mention of Sereno's name. He can finally get even with Sereno for testifying against him for rigging the airport bidding to favor his wife's firm, which he can only accomplish with the backing of the ultra-powerful and corrupt Coalition of Plunderers (see pictures below).
Much to the delight of Speaker Stooge, the attack on CJ Sereno was super-charged after her speech at the commencement exercise of the Ateneo Law School, which highlighted the atrocities and plunder of the Marcos Dictatorship vis-a-vis the diabolical propensities of Digong. It is only appropriate for CJ Sereno to disregard this witch hunt (at the pleasure of Marcos, Digong and the Coalition of Plunderers, which Umali calls a "constitutional duty") that has once again reminded us of the hollow core of the House of Chumps.
Perhaps the Senate will do better but I'm not holding my breath.
Sino nga ba ang ipapalit kay CJ Sereno? Siyempre, unggoy ni Marcos!

Moments ago on live TV, I just listened to the reasoning of
Sagip Party List Rep. Marcoleta and the subsequent explanation of Quezon City
Rep. Belmonte on disallowing and allowing, respectively, the counsel of CJ Sereno
to directly cross-examine the witnesses in the impeachment hearing. I have to
say that Marcoleta is an absolute waste of time and space; yet, guess whose
position was favored by the committee members in attendance save for four
individuals? A preview of another railroading event (which Umali calls
“due process”) masterfully executed by Hatchet Chairman of the Committee on
Injustice.
Watch Marcoleta make a fool of himself . . .
Anyone with an iota of a brain will agree that it would be better for Marcoleta to roll himself into a ball and die!
It turns out Gadon admits 1 rap vs Sereno not based on
personal knowledge. Excerpts below:
But when Cong. Lawrence Fortun asked Gadon if he had a
verified copy of De Castro's original draft of the TRO, Gadon admitted that he
didn't.
"Well ,it appears Mr. Chairman that, as admitted by
the complainant, he has no personal knowledge of the facts alleged there
supposedly, and the documents upon which these are supposedly based are not
even available," Fortun said.
Gadon said that the issue could be explained by De Castro.
Justice De Castro, meanwhile, issued a brief statement on
Gadon's testimony before the House Justice Committee.
“I have never released to Jomar Canlas any information,
report, or document regarding the work of the Court,” De Castro said.
I agree with the suggestion of
CJ Sereno’s counsel to the Committee on Injustice. Skip the charade at the
House. “Moro-moro” lang ito. The chumps of the Coalition of Plunderers have no
regard for due process, the rule of law, the Constitution or the truth. They
had the tyranny of numbers to allow a bogus impeachment case to prosper in the
first place, they have the tyranny of numbers to impeach CJ Sereno. Let’s get
it over with and let the House of Chumps be damned! Proceed with the Senate Tribunal, so that some serious
cross-examination can transpire.
Perhaps the Senate will do better but I'm not holding my breath.
Sino nga ba ang ipapalit kay CJ Sereno? Siyempre, unggoy ni Marcos!
It's restbak time!

The pictures above taken during the 80th birthday party of Erap tell the whole story behind Digong's systemic attack on the judicial system of the Philippines. They feature the principal characters charged with plunder while Chief Justice Sereno and Ombudsman Morales were at the helm of the Supreme Court and the Office of the Ombudsman, respectively. And just as the judicial system was about to nail the likes of Tanda, Sexy, Pogi, GMA and Binay (the Who's Who of Plunderers in the Philippines and only second to the Marcos family)--a feat of justice never heard of in the Philippines--Digong moves heaven and earth to exonerate them. Yes, that includes Pogi, who will also be released from jail soon. This, ladies and gentlemen, is the convoluted anti-corruption campaign of Digong.
As if liberating these super-crooks were not bad enough, Digong parlays the favor and forges an unholy alliance with the same like-minded cast of characters (all political heavyweights and superlatively corrupt) to shield his own corruption.
John Nery, in his column at the Philippine Diary Inquirer entitled "RevGov is Duterte's bid for total power" (November 14, 2017), observes:
"President Duterte is now aware that he faces an existential threat, not of ouster but of being held to the strictest accounting even after his term. His bank accounts pose the most risk to him, but he is vulnerable on other counts, too: The continuing EJKs make an International Criminal Court investigation all but inevitable; the billion-peso shabu smuggling leads all the way back to Davao..."
"RevGov offers the easy way out; it is a self-coup that stops everything — the sometimes uncontrollable Senate inquiries, the powerful Supreme Court dissents, the cases at the Ombudsman. In other words, he will escape any form of sanction only if he assumes absolute power." (emphasis mine)
"Today we can see that RevGov as the path to total power is not about social change, but only about the self-preservation of a mere and temporary president." (emphasis mine)
Because Digong is "a mere and temporary president", he is setting the stage after his presidency--one in which he would NOT be held accountable for his corruption, crimes against humanity and destruction of democratic institutions. It's real simple: President Bong Bong Marcos, de facto head of the Coalition of Plunderers and Digong's post-presidency ticket to sail into the sunset scot-free!
And why not? When all the rest of the plunderers are all set to live happily ever after . . . and the worst of them all is poised to plunder the national coffers all over again!
