A Rare Glimpse

Every once in a while, social media outs the truth . . .

The above came out a few days ago and clearly reflects the true sentiments of Filipinos before the information is adulterated by Digong's army of trolls. The same sentiment is easily overturned by way of vote-buying. So, woe to the candidate that has no money to buy votes, which is (by the way) illegal in most civilized countries but, for some reason, is not enforced in the Philippines.

The good news is, Filipinos may not be so confidently ignorant after all.

The bad news is, Filipinos appear to be a bunch of whores (who sell their votes to the highest bidder) and rather uncivilized (because they don't bother to enforce the law against vote-buying). In short, Filipinos may be characterized more appropriately as uncivilized whores.

Umh . . . confidently igornant vs uncivilized whore. Tough choice of label.

This one came out about one year ago. Yet, these genuine (indeed rational) sentiments don't get any traction in the public domain. Instead, day after day in mainstream and social media, we are fed all sort of fake news that glorify the monstrosity of Digong and his administration of imbeciles and thugs.

Of course, this onslaught of Digong propaganda, taken straight out of the Marcos dictatorship playbook, is fueled by the runaway intelligence budget of the Digong administration--an all-time record high in the entire history of the Philippines of P8.28 billion in 2020, which Digong is free to spend any way he wants with virtually no accountability whatsoever to taxpayers.

P8.28 billion in 2020 alone is plenty to spend on an army of trolls to distract the Filipinos from all of the egregious actions and blunders of Digong, to defend the horrible actions of China against our sovereignty (and the absolute subservience of Digong to Xi Jinping), to suppress the true sentiments of Filipinos and to buy votes in the next presidential elections. Although admittedly, the war chest of Marcos and Villar, as far as vote-buying is concerned, would be tough to beat. Let the highest bidder win, I suppose . . . and take whatever ounce of solace whenever you come across a rare glimpse of Filipino decency, however fleeting.
